Nebius raises on-demand GPU prices by up to 21%

Nebius raised the on-demand prices of its NVIDIA B300, B200, H200 and H100 virtual machines on October 1, 2026. Nebius’s compute pricing documentation lists the price of each GPU before and after that date. The increases run from about 17% for the H100 to 21% for the B300.

What changed

On-demand price per GPU-hour, in US dollars, excluding VAT and other taxes:

Nebius bills per second, so a partial hour costs a proportional share of these rates. The documentation lists no change for the L40S.

What the price includes

Nebius’s prices page shows how much CPU and memory come with each GPU. An H100 comes with 16 vCPUs and 200 GB of RAM, an H200 with 16 vCPUs and 200 GB, a B200 with 20 vCPUs and 224 GB, and a B300 with 24 vCPUs and 346 GB. The rack-scale GB200 NVL72 and GB300 NVL72 systems still have no list price: the page says “Contact us”.

Not every GPU is offered everywhere. The documentation lists the H100 only in the eu-north1 region, the B300 in uk-south1, eu-west2 and us-north1, and the B200 in us-central1 and me-west1.

Preemptible prices changed a week later

The October 1 change left the old fixed preemptible prices in place for a week. On October 8, 2026, Nebius moved preemptible GPUs to dynamic spot pricing, so those rates now move with demand. The documentation now shows only a minimum spot price for each GPU, such as “from $0.79” for an H100.

What to do

If you rent H100s on Nebius by the hour, your bill for the same work went up about 17% on October 1. Nebius’s prices page also says its prices can change at any time. Before you start a long job, compare the new $4.50 rate with other clouds’ on-demand H100 prices, and check whether spot capacity would suit work that can be interrupted.
