Terms of use

Last updated

These terms apply when you use askgpu.com ("AskGPU", "we", "us"), which is operated by Saurabh Khatri, an individual based in India. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What AskGPU is

AskGPU publishes comparisons, guides and free tools about GPU clouds, hosting, AI models and AI tools. We don't sell those products, and we don't run the services we write about.

2. Information, not advice

Our content is general information. It isn't professional, financial, legal or tax advice, and it doesn't take your situation into account. Decide for yourself whether a product suits you, and check the provider's own terms and prices before you buy. See our disclaimer.

3. Prices and accuracy

We read prices and facts on providers' own pages and show the date we checked them, but providers change them often and without notice. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date but can't guarantee it. The provider's own site is always the final word.

4. Free tools

Tools such as the token cost calculator and the cost estimators give estimates based on published prices and the numbers you enter. Real bills can differ (taxes, discounts, surcharges, usage). Use them as a guide, not a quote.

5. Links to other sites and affiliate links

We link to third-party sites, some through affiliate links that may earn us a commission. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Any purchase or account you open is between you and that provider. See our affiliate disclosure.

6. Using our content

The text, data compilations, design and tools on AskGPU belong to us unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Please don't copy whole pages, republish our price tables, or scrape the site in bulk without written permission.

Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. AskGPU isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or its visitors, tries to get around its security, or overloads it (for example with automated requests).

8. Messages you send us

If you send us corrections, ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the site without owing you anything. We handle any personal data in your message as described in our privacy policy.

9. No warranty and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or its content, or from products and services you buy from third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
