Hosting.com moves HostDash and Webhostpython customers onto its platform

Hosting.com brought HostDash (September 30, 2026) and Webhostpython (October 11, 2026) customers onto its own platform. Both notices say plans and prices stay the same.

Hosting.com has moved customers of two smaller hosts onto its own platform within two weeks. On September 30, 2026 it welcomed HostDash customers, and on October 11, 2026 it said Webhostpython “is now fully part of Hosting.com”. Both notices were updated on October 16, 2026. Neither uses the word “acquired”.

What changes for HostDash customers

HostDash, the notice says, “has been part of the hosting.com family for years” and is now coming “under one roof”.

  • Sites move to Hosting.com’s NVMe servers. Hosting.com’s team does the move; customers don’t need to act. No migration dates are given.
  • Pricing, billing dates and account data stay the same. Plans get Hosting.com names, with the same specs and price.
  • The same login details work, and the Hosting.com name will appear on the portal and invoices “over the next few weeks”.
  • Support stays with the same team, backed by Hosting.com’s 24/7 support by chat, ticket or phone.

What changes for Webhostpython customers

  • The client portal has moved to Hosting.com, and customers log in there with their existing account.
  • The notice says “your plan, your pricing, and your server are exactly the same”, and the hosting itself keeps running as before.
  • Founder James Perotta says he remains available to customers every day.

Both groups also get access to Hosting.com extras such as its AI assistant Orbi (named in the HostDash notice) and MCP and API access for managing hosting from AI tools.

Who is affected

Only existing HostDash and Webhostpython customers. Anyone choosing a host now would buy from Hosting.com directly.

What to do

If you’re a customer of either brand, check that your first invoice under the Hosting.com name shows the same plan and price as before, and note your renewal date. If your site is moving servers, test it after the move and check that email and any cron jobs still work.
