Hetzner raises cloud prices for new orders; CPX and CCX more than double

Hetzner raised the prices of its cloud servers on June 15, 2026, at 8 AM CEST. The new prices apply to new orders and to rescales of existing cloud servers. Hetzner’s price adjustment page lists the old and new price of every cloud plan in Germany, Finland, the US and Singapore, plus new prices for its dedicated servers.

What changed

The CX and CAX lines rose by roughly a quarter to a third. The CPX and CCX lines rose far more: most of their plans more than doubled.

For the US locations (Ashburn and Hillsboro), the page lists CPX and CCX plans, and the CPX plans roughly tripled. CPX11 went from $6.99 to $20.49 a month, CPX21 from $13.99 to $37.49 and CPX31 from $24.99 to $73.49. CCX13 in the US went from $19.99 to $50.99. In Singapore, CPX12 went from $9.49 to $17.99 and CCX13 from $32.49 to $63.49.

Who pays the new prices

• New cloud servers ordered from June 15, 2026.
• Existing cloud servers that you rescale.
• Orders placed before June 15 but delivered after it keep the old prices.

Hetzner’s page also warns that certain changes to servers with legacy pricing may move them to the current prices, and links to an FAQ that lists those actions. The page gives no reason for the increase. All prices on it exclude VAT and the IPv4 address, which is billed separately.

Dedicated servers got new prices on the same date, but the page lists only the new ones, so the size of that change can’t be read from it.

What to do

If you run an older Hetzner Cloud server, read the linked FAQ before you rescale or change it, because that can move it to the new price. If you are ordering a new server, the CX and CAX lines rose the least; compare their specs with the CPX plan you would have picked before June 15.
